Objective

As a senior marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to drive organizational growth through the development of effective content marketing and demand generation strategies that boost awareness, generate leads, elevate customer experience, and foster engagement with GBG company.
  • Lead and implement marketing campaigns, create brand collateral, and execute short-term strategies while actively seeking out and capitalizing on digital messaging opportunities and improvements.
  • Oversee brand resources and processes to maintain consistency across all channels, including message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data, and highlights.
  • Create targeted marketing segments within digital marketing tools and optimize lead and conversion tracking through rigorous A/B testing.
  • Develop impactful communications, outreach, and marketing strategies that effectively drive client conversion and support the development of marketing materials such as ebooks and white papers.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients to build positive relationships and foster collaboration while continuously analyzing website performance, conversion rates, member behavior, journey path, automation effectiveness, and page performance to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Generate detailed and well-documented reports on marketing campaigns and webinars to support the growth and expansion of GBG Solutions’ services and products while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of produced materials and making data-driven improvements.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Serve as a backup resource for the Marketing Manager as needed, completing additional tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 2-4 years of robust experience in digital marketing and/or agency settings, showcasing a deep understanding and successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding abilities in writing, editing, proofreading, and conducting research, paired with excellent verbal and analytical communication skills. The candidate must effectively convey complex technical services and products into easily digestible and compelling marketing narratives and materials.
  • A solid grasp of web-based and online marketing strategies, including expertise in organic search, keyword optimization, and the ability to compile and analyze reporting metrics in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Advanced familiarity with key marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, MailChimp, Hotjar, …etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in market research, analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), customer segmentation, marketing, and sales funnels, as well as automation tools.
  • Experience in using mobile cameras for dynamic video shooting, including short and live video content. Skills in graphic and motion design will be considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, even under tight deadlines.
