Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This position plays a critical role in our organization by overseeing various projects from conception to completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. A successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, thereby achieving our organizational goals and satisfying our client’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Lead and supervise the project team, providing direction and support.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the IT/Telecom sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire teamwork and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicts or challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Willingness to have meetings on customer site as needed.
