We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Odoo applications and modules to meet the needs of our business.
Responsibilities
- Module Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
- Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Customization: Customize existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications, addressing issues and implementing solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for custom modules, integrations, and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and performance of Odoo applications.
- Training: Assist in training end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in development, including custom module creation and application integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript; experience with PostgreSQL and Linux environments.
- Odoo Expertise: Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, and workflow will be a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, but any other field is welcomed, especially if supported with good experience.
- Experience with Odoo version 16 or higher will be a plus.
- Python experience
- JavaScript good knowledge.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
