Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team full-time at our office in Egypt. This role is critical in driving market expansion and ensuring the success of our clients by upselling and cross-selling IT services, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market.
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Present Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company’s solutions and services, ensuring clarity on capabilities and scope.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Client Acquisition Rate: Number of new clients acquired within a given period.
- Sales Target Achievement: Performance against monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of client meetings that successfully convert into signed contracts.
- Client Satisfaction: Measured through feedback and evaluations from clients.
- Engagement Metrics: Frequency and quality of client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of technical experience in at least three of the following:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Security (Azure and Office 365)
- Microsoft Azure
- Office 365 development services (SharePoint Online, Power Platform)
- Microsoft products (Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM)
- Microsoft Data & AI services (SQL, Power BI, Azure Cognitive Services)
- Required Technical Knowledge Level: Strong understanding of IT services, industry trends, and technical solutions.
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of technical experience in at least three of the following:
- Preferred Background: A presales background is highly advantageous.
