Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business solutions and supporting the development of innovative applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Mendix applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Design business process models, workflows, and use cases to support solution development.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
  • Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analyses.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks (e.g., Agile BA, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart, and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
