The professional and proactive “Professional Services and Support Administrator” will perform clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. He will be responsible for ensuring that the PSS department receives the administrative support it requires, as well as resolving any conflicts that prevent tasks from being completed within the agreed-upon timeframes.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to work requests from division staffs in timely and accurate manner.
  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Tracking the invoices and unpaid invoices.
  • Storing and tracking customer contracts.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update team and customer records.
  • Managing and developing monthly reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure PSS targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Managing and updating CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university
  • Proven work experience as an administrator or support agent (IT Background is a plus)
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
