Overview
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Business Development Associate who is fluent in French. The ideal candidate is a female with a strong background in digital business development. This role focuses on cold calling, organizing customer outreach, and driving lead engagement to support overall sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential customers and introduce the company’s services.
- Organize and manage customer outreach for webinars and virtual events, ensuring high participation and engagement.
- Coordinate follow-up calls post-webinars and events to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in tracking engagement and lead generation metrics from events and webinars to improve outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align cold calling efforts with overall sales strategies and targets.
- Handle Box Moving Deals, including license/3rd party solutions sales and renewals.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- Experience in digital business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead tracking systems.
