As a sales account manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key customer accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to meet clients’ digital needs. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities
1 . Client Account Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their evolving business needs and digital transformation goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, managing and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Generate new leads through networking, industry events, and referrals, focusing on opportunities for digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent sales performance and achievement of targets.
3. Digital Transformation Advisory:
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on digital strategies and technologies that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and innovations, advising clients on how to leverage these for competitive advantage.
- Lead workshops and presentations to educate clients about digital transformation opportunities and challenges.
4. Project Oversight and Coordination:
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects, on time and within budget.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and project teams, facilitating the resolution of any project issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress, reporting back to clients and internal stakeholders on milestones, performance metrics, and outcomes.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategies and solutions for clients.
- Ensure effective communication with both clients and colleagues, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings, providing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and customer service practices.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, computer engineering, communication engineering, or a relevant field.
- 4 – 8 years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Good knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
- Fluent English speaker
- Have confidence in communicating with C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and team player
- Cloud/security certification is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies is preferred.
- Simplicity and speed are taken to the max.
