As a LinkedIn Customer Success Specialist at Global Brands Group, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using LinkedIn’s suite of applications, mainly LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Learning.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within GBG and with LinkedIn. Your goal is to work closely with customers to understand their needs, drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success and guiding them through LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Learning features and best practices.
- Training: Conduct personalized training webinars and one-on-one sessions to ensure customers are fully equipped to leverage the platforms effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your customer accounts.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within GBG, providing feedback to internal Partnership success teams to improve products and service to relay to LinkedIn.
- Proactive Support: Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are achieving their goals and address any issues or concerns they may have.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand the use of LinkedIn’s products within existing accounts and work with the sales team to drive additional revenue.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues and inquiries related to LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in the tech industry and/or HR industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with HR and Training certification
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other customer success tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, talent acquisition, and learning management systems.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
