Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage our IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, timeline, and required resources.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the project team by assigning tasks and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Budget Management: Create and oversee the project budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress, changes, and any issues that arise.
- Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or obstacles during the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
- 2-4 years of project management experience (Waterfall/Agile).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- PMP/Agile Certificate is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with MS Project is required.
