Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data & AI Solutions Consultant to support the growth of GBG’s Data & AI business by combining strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of customer needs and business challenges.
The role will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technology partners to identify opportunities, design tailored Data & AI solutions, lead technical discussions and demonstrations, and develop compelling business and technical proposals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating complex business requirements into scalable architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Present GBG’s Data & AI capabilities, solutions, and value proposition to customers and prospects.
- Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations covering modern Data & AI technologies.
- Understand customer business and technical challenges and translate them into tailored use cases, solution architectures, and business cases.
- Design Data & AI solution architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams on account planning, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and pipeline development.
- Support opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through proposal development and technical closure.
- Develop high-quality technical and business proposals, solution presentations, scopes, and architecture designs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and collaborate on joint opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to Data & AI go-to-market strategies, solution offerings, and customer use cases.
- Represent GBG at industry events, customer sessions, webinars, and workshops, while contributing to technical content and thought leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Data, AI, cloud solutions, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales, with strong hands-on exposure to Data & AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI use cases and architectures, including RAG applications, AI Agents, OCR/document intelligence, and enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions across different industries and business use cases.
- Strong understanding of deploying AI workloads across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Practical experience with major cloud AI and data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture, databases, data modeling, and data management, including SQL-based technologies.
- Experience with modern data platforms, data pipelines, data integration, ingestion, and orchestration technologies such as Azure Data Factory or equivalent services.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms, along with technologies such as SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Familiarity with Python and AI development frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and customer outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with strong English proficiency.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ability to work effectively across technical, sales, and partner teams.
